The Safe Method of Bone Fracture Detection using Ultrasound Images

چکیده
A safe and novel method of detection of bone fracture using ultrasound images is envisaged and presented. Presently Xrays, computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) are used for bone fracture detection. However, these techniques use ionizing radiation, which is harmful for both patients and medical practitioners. An alternative method for bone fracture detection which is safe for both patients and medical practitioners is necessary to be developed. Wavelet Transform is used for despeckling the ultrasound images.
